First Ascent - Outdoor Clothing
Refresh has worked with First Ascent since 2007 when we first built the First Ascent Website. Since then, we have kept the First Ascent tebsite refreshed, and worked on material for product launches, video edits and web banners.
eCommerce Development
Refresh has been developing interactive eCommerce stores for several years including sites for Vital Health Foods, ORMS Photolab, and Wolf Brothers Jewellers.
Features:
We mostly use the feature rich Magento platform for all our larger eCommerce websites. We are able to fully customise the front-end and allow you to take advantage of all the pre-built functionality.
Product catalogue management:
The Magento system allows you to manage all your product information, add multiple images, add/edit product categories and create tiered pricing structures. The system also allows you to create customised attribute sets for product groups for comparing products.
Stock management:
It is possible to update stock quantities via Excel file upload, or we can help you integrate Magento directly with your existing inventory system (We have worked on integrations with Pastel and SYSPRO).
Customer management:
The Magento functionality allows you to manage and view customer statistics and assign customers to different pricing groups. The system also allows direct integration between customer email lists and your email subscriber database.
General content management:
The built-in CMS allows you to manage content-rich pages. For more complex content management we can integrate the WordPress CMS into the website.
Sales and search reporting:
Magento comes with great reporting tools which allow detailed statistics on sales, orders and site searches on your domain.
Search Engine Optimisation:
We can also integrate with Google Sitemaps and Analytics. Magento has automatic search engine friendly URL rewrites with additional product META information.
Magento Connect Plugin Library:
Magento Connect offers an extensive, free plugin library and support, which allows rapid development and deployment of popular features.
