We own our own camera equipment, lighting and professional sound equipment and shoot much of our footage in-house. We also have a broad network of freelancers that we use for more specialised jobs. We have significant experience with studio lighting and are also knowledgeable with outdoor and sports shoots. Refresh also has a green-screen for interviews, product pack shots, and studio setups.

Our production process involves:

• Location scouting/pre-production organisation

• Co-ordinating the video shoot
• Managing voice-over recording and music selection/composing
• Editing and creating animated sequences
• Edit revisions based on feedback
• Final mix
• DVD authoring and compression for online viewing
