Background Duesouth were looking at a new format for their monthly e-mail newsletter competition, which we run using Ndorfin.co.za as the marketing vehicle.
What we did We developed a graphic newsletter to drive readers to the game. View the newsletter here
The online game (Duesouth Dirt Demons) involves racing around a mountain bike track and collecting widgets along the way. The participant's time then gets entered into a competition for Duesouth adventure prizes. View the game here
The competition was a great success with 660 entrants - and over 3 000 visitors to the game in a month. Traffic was also increased substantially to the Ndorfin and Duesouth websites via the game and newsletter.
