Gareth Cliff, the 5fm DJ, was complaining about how South African politicians often “Pull the Race-card” by bringing the issue of race into debate. Gareth asked what a Race-card would look like, so we designed a series and put them on racecard.co.za.
Hayibo put an advert up for us, and we created a Facebook page.
The Mail & Guardian editor, Chris Roper, called us up to interview us, and Racecard featured on the homepage of mg.co.za.

Radio 702 then called for a radio interview…but enough was enough.
