Our websites are always built to be almost entirely managed by the client once launched. Before the launch date, we arrange a face-to-face training session with our clients and run them through the entire process to make sure all aspects of the content management system (CMS) are full understood.
We also ensure there are no grey areas when it comes to what can and cannot be done by the CMS. In addition we provide a detailed “Website Workbook” to all our clients as a reference to return to at any time.
With the above in mind, we have started creating a Client Wiki which is a resource of the common tasks that may be completed by your website CMS, as well as support on some of our other software partners such as Graphicmail, KonsoleH, and WooCommerce.
