The Objective

Creating a website to enhance the benefits for BPESA members, and encourage member signups to the organisation. Provide information for skills development as well as for potential investors in BPESA and the South African BPO industry.

The Strategy

After an extensive competitor analysis, and target audience analysis, we segmented the BPESA user base into 3 main groups: BPESA members, users seeking information on the skills development, and investors to both South Africa and BPESA.

The website information layout was then created based on these 3 main users, and appropriate technology was decided on before the design and development process was initiated.

The Work

We created a mobile friendly, user centric website, which provided a robust content management system to update all aspects of the website.

The Result

Member signups increased significantly once the new website was launched, and the bounce-rate on the website homepage improved dramatically.

Awards System

BPESA hosts an annual awards evening to honour key players in the BPO industry who are judged based on stringent performance criteria. Refresh designed and developed an online based system for the awards allowing applicants to register online and enter their responses. BPESA appointed judges are then able to login, add their scores and audit the results of the top candidates for the awards ceremony. The system was also developed to be expandable and re-used for future awards in years to come.
