Mindpearl underwent a significant re-brand mid 2014, and approached Refresh to look at revamping their website. They required a web presence that was out of the ordinary in their industry category, and represented their values of “Our people, your brand”.
Using the value statement, we recommended a website design which was inclusive of their valuable staff members which is a key element of their offering.
The key users to their website were identified as current clients seeking information on services, potential clients wanting to become involved, and potential staff members around the world wanting to become a Mindpearl staff member.
Refresh decided to design a website that was fully responsive on all devices. Rather than restrict the width to a fixed width website, this site takes full advantage of the full browser width, which ensures maximum real estate is used on all devices, and ensures that the website is future proof.
A recruitment portal was created in order to easily facilitate the recruitment of new staff into their various worldwide offices, and manage job offers around the world.
As many of their clients and staff members are worldwide, we also added translated content in Spanish, French, and German to cater for international visitors to the website.
